I used to love sneaking behind a door and secretly listening to my little girls having a conversation in their play kitchen and now wish I had recorded them back then. These are truly precious moments, because most of the time, you realize they talk and do things exactly like you do!

Whether you “hack” an existing piece of furniture, make it completely from scratch as a DIY project or buy it from a store or scout a vintage one at a flea market, a play kitchen set will stimulate your child and make him/her play for hours and hours.
