Jessica from the blog The Education Of Ours got a master’s degree in Montessori while pregnant with her first baby. Her thesis covered how to incorporate Montessori principles in the home, a subject she obviously mastered.
A recycled kitchen countertop serves as a workbench for her three children, with extra space for a guest. She incorporated a snuggle space for reading books and plenty of floor space for play.

Instead of putting a large sofa and a TV in the living room of this family apartment, Isabelle of Dos Family included things like a carpenter bench for the kids, a climbing wall, and gymnastic rings. All of these things that should be standard equipment in a family home.
