My husband and I have always been into vintage robots, Japanese children’s toys, and wild adventures, so we were thrilled when we got the call from Target to come up with a few fun ideas using Transformers. Not to mention, our boys basically are Transformers. Silver Knight Optimus Prime (featured above) is one of their favorites.

My boys are incredibly inventive, strong, curious, brave, and tend to get themselves into dangerous situations. I’m not kidding! Jonah fell out of a tree and broke his arm, Murphy cut his kneecap making a fort of sticks, and Noah ran through a patch of poison ivy. Yes, this all happened in the last 2 weeks.
Suffice to say, my tiny army is ready for adventure at exactly all times.

Now that we’ve gotten you warmed up and stretched out, be sure to stay tuned for a rockin’ robot-themed party in the very near future…
